These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Blue Turtle Physiotherapy & Wellness Clinic Ltd ''The Clinic''. By booking an appointment or attending treatment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments may be booked online, by email, or by telephone.

All bookings are subject to availability. The Clinic reserves the right to amend or cancel appointments where necessary. In such cases, reasonable notice will be provided.

It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that all personal and medical information provided is accurate and up to date.

2. Fees & Payment

Fees are payable at the time of appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Contactless Payment or Cash.

Prices are subject to review and may be amended at the Clinic’s discretion. Any changes will be clearly communicated.

Failure to make payment may result in refusal of future appointments.

3. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged at the full appointment fee.

Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may result in discharge from the Clinic.

4. Late Arrival

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid disruption to other patients. The full appointment fee will still apply.

If you are significantly late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation.

5. Consent to Treatment

By attending an appointment, you confirm that:

  • You have provided accurate medical information.

  • You consent to physiotherapy assessment and treatment.

  • You understand that physiotherapy may involve manual therapy, exercise prescription, movement assessment and rehabilitation advice.

  • You understand that, while treatment is delivered with professional care, there is a small risk of temporary discomfort or symptom aggravation.

You may withdraw consent at any time.

6. Treatment Outcomes

Physiotherapy results vary between individuals. While the Clinic aims to deliver high standards of care, no guarantee can be made regarding specific treatment outcomes.

Compliance with prescribed exercises and advice is essential to optimise recovery.

7. Medical Conditions & Red Flags

It is your responsibility to inform the Clinic of:

  • Changes in your medical condition

  • New diagnoses

  • Pregnancy

  • Medication changes

  • Any worsening of symptoms

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment safety and outcomes.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal and medical information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9. Complaints

We are committed to delivering high-quality care.

Complaints will be handled promptly, professionally, and confidentially.

If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate concerns to relevant professional bodies where applicable.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Clinic shall not be liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

  • Indirect or consequential loss arising from treatment.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for negligence resulting in personal injury or death, where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

11. Amendments

Blue Turtle Physiotherapy & Wellness Clinic Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
